I’m giving you my years of wedding cake making experience as well as tips and tricks to make amazing cakes and sweet treats. I like a no-fuss approach to baking – each recipe has substitutions (because no-one needs a last minute dash to the Co-op) and we go for a “good enough” approach to home baking!

I started baking a long time ago. I used to run a wedding cake business specialising in floral cakes but the time and effort involved in creating those cakes gradually wore me down. Enter the pandemic, and the end of my wedding cake business! I had a long overdue break from baking but quickly realised I missed it, so this blog was born!
